If you submit the inquiry form, we receive the business information you enter: your name, work email, organization, website, role, organization type, approximate marketing spend, and a description of the problem you want help with. We use it only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Please do not include patient information or any individual’s health information in the form; this site is not intended to receive protected health information and we are not a treatment provider.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring source). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify individuals. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on.

How information is shared

We do not sell or rent your information. Form submissions are delivered by email and handled by Grapevine directly. Service providers that host this site and deliver email process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

Retention

Inquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement and ordinary business record-keeping.
